We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@nicarta.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

If your item is damaged upon receipt, we will provide a free return shipping label and guidance on where and how to send your package. Please note that we are unable to accept items sent back without a prior return request and authorization.

Damages and issues

When your order arrives, please check everything. If anything seems broken or not working, please tell us within 24 hours. Let us know if you get something different from what you ordered, and we will make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For a speedy exchange, return the current item and proceed with a new purchase once the return is approved

European Union 14 day cooling off period

For international orders, please note that custom-made items, personalized products, speciality print-on-demand orders, underwear, swimsuits and beauty products cannot be returned unless damaged. Before initiating a return, please wait for an authorization code. Once the code is issued, you will receive the warehouse address for the return.

In the event of receiving damaged products, kindly send us an email within 24 hours with your order number, a description of the damage, and a picture of the product.

Additionally, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you reserve the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Similar to the above, the item must be in its original condition, unused and unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about whether your refund is approved. If it is, the money will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven't received the refund, please get in touch with us at support@nicarta.com.
